🥢 Method of Preparation:
1. Cook Rice:
Boil basmati rice until 90% done. Drain, cool completely, and keep aside.
2. Prepare Chicken:
In a wok, heat oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté till fragrant. Add chicken cubes and stir-fry on high flame until fully cooked.
3. Add Vegetables:
Toss in onions, carrots, cabbage, and capsicum. Stir-fry for 2 minutes to retain crunch.
4. Seasoning & Sauce:
Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Combine with Rice:
Add cooked rice and toss thoroughly on high flame for 2–3 minutes ensuring even coating.
6. Finish:
Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot with extra Schezwan sauce on the side.
