👨🍳 Authentic Preparation Method
1. Marinate the Chicken

Mix chicken with turmeric, lemon juice, and salt.

Rest for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the Xacuti Masala

Dry roast the coconut till golden. Keep aside.

Roast all spices one by one on a low flame.

Sauté ginger, garlic, onion, and chilies in a few drops of oil.

Grind everything to a smooth, thick paste.
3. Cook the Curry

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped onion; sauté till golden brown.

Add tomatoes; cook till soft.

Add the freshly ground xacuti masala.

Fry till oil separates.
