👨‍🍳 Method of Preparation

  1. Heat 0.010 liters oil in a pan.

  2. Add chopped green chili and onion; sauté until translucent.

  3. Add tomato, cook until soft.

  4. Add capsicum, carrot, and green peas; sauté for 1–2 minutes.

  5. Pour 0.500 liters water and bring to a boil.

  6. Break and add Maggi noodles along with the tastemaker.

  7. Cook on medium flame for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently.

  8. Adjust consistency as desired (semi-dry or soupy).

  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
