*Method of Preparation*
1️⃣Slice onions thinly, sprinkle a little salt, and rest for 5 minutes.
2️⃣Add chopped green chilies, coriander, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chili powder, ajwain.
3️⃣Mix in besan and rice flour gradually, coating the onions. Add very little water to form a sticky batter.
4️⃣Heat oil in a kadhai. Drop small portions of mixture into hot oil.
5️⃣Fry on medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
6️⃣Drain excess oil on absorbent paper.
7️⃣Serve hot with green chutney or fried green chilies.
